		<description>1.  Don't know.  But once it breaks you can light it with a long butane lighter.
2.  Steel.
3.  Depends on what you want to cook.  If you want to prepare a side dish or a sauce without running in and out of the house to tend two different cooking stations, get one.  If you can't imagine what you would use it for, don't get it.</description>

and, i rarely use my side burner. unless there is no wind, they are very fussy, and the unsheltered flame tends to blow out.</description>
