How Do I Remove The Brown Stains From My Stainless Steel Vegetable Grilling Basket?
I marinated vegetables in Italian dressing and grilled them on my Weber gas grill vegetable basket. The basket was badly stained with brown residue. I soaked in a mild dish detergent for an hour, and then scoured with a brillo pad for a half hour. Despite the pain, the stain remains.

i would try either oven cleaner or a rust removing compound with a scouring pad.
If a stainless steel cleaner will not remove it, just accept it as permanent (honorable scar) and use it as a grilling basket and enjoy the veggies!
