I have a weber gas grill. I’ve cooked 2 slabs of baby back ribs, only using the back burner. That is good for 4-6 people. I would like to cook maybe 4 slabs or more. However I do not have the grill space. Can I stack the ribs directly on top of each other? Has anybody had luck with that? How else can I cook more ribs?
this is using a weber charcoal grill. My coals never stay hot very long. I’m trying to cook beer-can chicken.
i have a weber smokey joe tabletop grill, about 14inches in diameter
Ive made smoked brisket in one of those large ceramic “green egg” smokers before at a friends house, but i just bought a new Weber yesterday and thats the closest i have to a smoker, and so i was wondering if anyone knew of any good ways to cook a brisket inderectly on a Charcoal grill..i was thinking maybe cooking it in an aluminum pan for maybe 6 hours and keep basting it for the first few hours or something, but i wasnt sure if that would work well or not since a weber gets much more hotter then an offset smoker….thanx in advance
I just got a new Charcoal Grill, we are use to grilling with gas. The steaks we did tonight were great but we were shocked because they cooked so fast over the hot coals. Is there a secret how to get the temperature down but keep heat long enough to grill chicken quarters or roastbeef? Please help me learn some basic grilling sense fast.
