i never can keep the heat going and i need help keeping it hot.
i’m using one of those round weber things.
I have a large tank. It is heavy plate tank from an 80 gallon air compressor. I’m wanting to convert it into a large upright gas smoker. I am wanting to set it up so I can install wire grates every three inches for items such as pork chops and ribs then remove grates for larger items. I need to know of a supplier that sells round grill grates by diameter. Replacement Weber grill grates is all I’ve found so far doing google searches. I’m looking for a company that sells a selection of sizes. I’ve just purchased the tank and havn’t touched it with the plasma cutter yet to know the inside diameter of the tank.
Thanks for your help!
I can’t afford a Weber but don’t want a piece of junk that is going to rust away.
I had a Kenmore grill for 5 years and at the end of last summer died on me.
I put a lot of money into it replacing burners and the thermometer and various other parts.
Does anyone know of a good midlevel grill that will last some years if taken care of and covered properly.
I keep seeing uniflame and brinkman grills everywhere.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
I would like to grill/slightly smoke some fresh Salmon filets’ tonight. I have a small Weber Grill, Apple wood chips, briquet’s. I also have some ‘Planed’ cedar planks. I would like it to turn out done (obviously), yet moist & flaky. Any suggest6ions? Tried and true methods? I would appreciate it - I am a bit disabled so clear instructions always help! Thank You.
I’m determined to get a charcoal grill…I’m thinking about a Weber, but I’ve seen some deals on other kinds of cookers. Pros? Cons? Personal preference? Thanks alot for looking.
