I have a Weber gas grill.
I have a new grill but it is natural gas. I want to take it to the country and I need propane.
What do I do? It is a Weber. Thanks to anyone with help.
It would be around 350 F. Most gas grills are only marked Low, Medium, High so recipes are written that way. But the intended temp is the same as for an oven.
i just bought a “Weber Original 7510″ grill igniter and i was curious of how many volts does it produce in order to make the .5-1cm long arc. (lmao i need to know for my spud cannon)
I have a small weber smokey joe grill…there are top air vents that I can open or close up.
Heres a picture of it>

I know you’re suppose to close the vents on the lid when you’re done cooking so that the coals go out to be used for next time…my question is…okay so obviously you leave the lid vents open while cooking…do you leave the vents COMPLETELY open? Do you only have them cracked open? How do you know how much of the vents to keep open?
