Steaks at room temp before starting.
Season them well
Direct heat no cover
turn 180 deg after 3 min
in another 3 min flip over
after 3 min turn 180 deg
remove from heat in 3 min.
This gives them nice diamond grill pattern and MED steaks.
(Vary time to your taste. )
It seems that they now only make the smaller version of this grill (14.5 inch diameter). I need a bigger one. Is there a similar portable grill on the market?
I can’t believe they discontinued it.
