		<description>BTU is British Thermal unit. It is the heat output of the burners, more BTU's = more heat.
 You only mentioned grills yet said you were looking for a BBQ pit. New Braunfels is a good brand of smoker.</description>

		<description>I own a Charmglow and I like it.  Had a Weber and never had any problems with it.  Home Depot has a Charmglow out right now with 2 separate lids so you can cook to different items at once without having to worry about it getting too hot (think steaks and fish).  But they should have a pretty standard Charmglow for $249 it is still a good deal.   BTU stands for British Thermal Units, essentially what that is telling you is that 10000 BTU will get hotter than an 8000 BTU.  I Would go with the high BTU allows for a higher overall temp.</description>
