I have a weber grill, and the charcoal bricketts die out before I finish grilling. They haven’t turned to ash, some are only half burned. I only put enought coal to cover the bottom of the grill. The bottom of the grill has openenings in it, and they are open. If I put the top on the grill, I leave the openings on the lid open too. What am I doing wrong?
